This small cafe and restaurant in Montauk was a complete buildout, with a full interior renovation including plumbing and electric.
The exterior received minor updates with new window trim that mimics the interiors and a fresh coat of paint.

A custom bar was built with a quartz top that perfectly complements the oak trim throughout the space.
Portola lime wash paint provides a beautiful foundation for the interior space, complementing the oak trim added to the windows.
TLC built custom bench seating in the same styles as the shelves and beams throughout the space.
